Our very popular, semi-sparkling wine that shows similarities to both Prosecco and Moscato d'Asti, made from the Valvin Muscat grape. 

A blend of Gewurztraminer, Valvin Muscat and Riesling, this fresh, crisp, summer white is juicy with lively acidity and a dry finish. The Gewurztraminer and Valvin Muscat provide an array of aromatics, while the riesling completes the fresh and lingering finish.

Textbook, cool-climate chardonnay. Intense and aromatic, with meyer lemon, white flowers and hints of nutmeg. Ripe mango and pear melds with a stony minerality on the palate, both elegant and creamy with subtle spices. 

Made in the in the traditional, centuries-old French method of Champagne making (Methode Champenoise), of 100% Pinot Noir.  The wine is rich and lifted with bright orange and red fruits, along with a creamy texture and long finish. 

This Ravines Sparkling Riesling is a traditional (champenoise) method Riesling 100% sourced from the rich soils of the Argetsinger Vineyard. Aged en tirage on the lees for 5 years, this vintage is fresh and uplifting. 

From the steep sloping Two Gorges Vineyard (formerly known as the Glen Eldridge Vineyard) that falls sharply into the waters of Seneca Lake. A robust and structured, cool-climate Merlot with black cherries, ripe plum, earth and spice. The depth of the nose and big tannins on the palate point to a very age worthy wine, but the drinkability in its youth is noticeable and inviting with air.
