The Limestone Vineyard, formerly the White Springs Vineyard, is a unique site with protected slopes and limestone soil. The grapes for this exemplory Riesling are from one singular block that reflects the best of this vineyard sight, the Glint in our winemakers eye.

Ravines Dry Riesling Magnum is a unique and elegant expression of the Finger Lakes terroir. The bouquet of the wine is delicate with intricate aromas of white flowers mingled with pear, apple and citrus notes followed by a lingering mineral finish and a vibrant acidity. 

The White Springs Vineyard is a unique site with protected slopes of limestone soil. This Magnum Riesling is an elegant, dry style with delicate aromatics, distinct minerality and vibrant acidity. 

Expressive, mineral driven and immensely bright in this vintage with citrus, floral and flinty components. From old vines on steeply sloping limestone soil, the wine is quite accessible in its youth, but with tremendous aging potential. Elegant, pure and savory notes on the long finish. 

Dynamic aromatics of asian pear, mango and sweet spices jump from the glass. Quintessential balance is paramount to this wine's fresh and vibrant mouthfeel. The acidity is fully integrated for such a young wine, providing verve and staying power on the dry finish.

Textbook, cool-climate chardonnay. Intense and aromatic, with meyer lemon, white flowers and hints of nutmeg. Ripe mango and pear melds with a stony minerality on the palate, both elegant and creamy with subtle spices. 

This Ravines Sparkling Riesling is a traditional (champenoise) method Riesling sourced from our main estate Limestone Springs Vineyard site. Aged en tirage on the lees for 5 years, this vintage is fresh and uplifting.

Spiced plums, black cherries and rose petals, with a touch of cinnamon and pepper. Juicy with an acidic backbone. 100% estate fruit of Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch from our estate vineyards on Seneca Lake: White Springs (Blaufrankisch) and 16 Falls Vineyards (Pinot Noir).
