1 Zest of lemon

4 tsps Olive oil

1 Juice of a lemon

4 tsps Honey

1/4 tsp Salt

2 Sprigs of Thyme

1 Free Range Chicken, cut into pieces
Directions
Combine the first 7 ingredients to make the marinade. Pour the chicken marinate and let marnitate for 2-4 hours. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with the cooking juices.
