1/2 cup Buckwheat Honey

1 Whole Rack Baby Back Ribs

Directions
Combine first three ingredients and cook over med-high heat and simmer for 5 mins. Set aside. Place ribs in deep baking pan with 1 C water. Cover with foil and back in a preheated 325° oven for 45 minutes. Drain water from the pan and brush the marinade on the ribs. Bake uncovered, basting frequently with the marinade for 30-40 mins. To create a crisp finish, broil for a few minutes in the oven or crisp on a hot gas grill for a few minutes. Squeeze Meyer lemon juice over ribs just before serving.
