The new Ravines Sparkling Release for '23 is our 2017 traditional (champenoise) method Riesling. Aged en tirage on the lees for 5 years, this vintage is fresh and uplifting.

Beautiful Riesling grapes were harvested with no botrytis, producing a sparkler with layers of minerality, fruit, brioche and nuance. A linear wine that shows apples, citrus, pears and salinity. Savory and creamy notes provide staying power on the long finish.
