Our Ravinous One Sommelier Selection Case for Spring 2023.

As the seasons turn and we start to see signs of spring, I tend to gravitate towards lighter wines with fruit and floral notes that compliment the fresh produce we will soon have available.  The Field Notes and Sauvignon Blanc in this selection are perfect as the weather starts to get warmer. There is also the opportunity to revisit the 2021 Dry Rośe of Pinot Noir and see how the flavor profile has developed over the winter.  And of course I am excited that more Cabernet Franc 2021 has become available.
