Join us for an evening of exceptional wine, food, and music in a casual style on our beautiful White Springs Vineyard. The evening is hosted by owners Lisa & Morten Hallgren (“the Chef & the Wine Maker”) and the wonderful team at Ravines to bring together friends, old and new, for a celebration of the summer. Enjoy a selection of wines paired with a beautiful menu created by Orange Glory Cafe in Rochester, NY. 

Appetizers:
Chilled summer tomato gazpacho & 2021 Pinot Rose

Homemade ricotta with stone fruit salsa & 2021 Field Notes Blanc

Grilled flatbreads with mushrooms and herbs & 2021 Agricolae Chardonnay

Shrimp Ceviche Tostada & 2019 Dry Riesling

Main:
Marinated prime flank steak with summer panzanella, yukon potatoes and aioli, and vegetables off the grill & 2018 Maximilien or 2020 Chardonnay

Dessert:
Peach cobbler with local icecream & 2021 Ayre
 

*Ravinous members are allowed to purchase tickets for one of the three summer picnics to allow space for as many club members as possible.
