Two special Ravines cuvees for Hobart & William Smith, where 33% of the proceeds goes to the HWS Scholarship fund. A 2018 red and 2018 Dry Riesling white wine.

The first, Bicentennial Reserve Red, is a 2018 blend of Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - expressive, terroir driven, and impeccably balanced with dark fruit, savory herbs and minerality.

The second, HIP Hobart! is a 2018 Dry Riesling with a bouquet of white flowers mingled with pear, apple and citrus. There is vibrant acidity through the mid-palate and a lingering mineral finish.
