The 2017 Dry Riesling has even less residual sugar than the past few vintages at 3 g/l, but you'll be unlikely to notice this because of the crisp, juicy orchard fruit and because substantial skin contact prior to fermentation has brightened the already exotic citrus notes and floral aromatics.
This vintage contains 52% White Springs Vineyard grapes and 48% from 16 Falls Vineyard. Extremely refreshing and enduring, the grapes were harvested under excellent conditions and the vines saw little winter injury nor any drought stress throughout the growing season - two characteristics that ensure a great Riesling vintage. A lovely Dry Riesling that will also age gracefully for those who enjoy a more, complex and rich, dry Riesling.
