New release for 2021 of Ravines flagship, estate grown, 100% Cabernet Franc. 57% from our 16 Falls Vineyard and 43% from our White Springs Vineyard aged for one year in 3 year old, 2000 liter Hungarian oak casks. 

Medium bodied and juicy with crunchy red fruits. Hints of floral and mineral notes are backed by black cherries and baking spices. The long, bright finish is both refreshing and satisfying with the benchmark herbaceousness and dark berry punch.
