For Ravinous One members only, join us in our Barrel Room at our Winery and Tasting Room in Geneva to taste a wide array of our 2021 wines directly from the tank, cask, and barrel. Each guest will receive a basket of savory pastries and delicious spreads to embellish their tasting experience. Hosted by Morten (winemaker) and Lisa (chef) Hallgren, co-proprietors of Ravines.

Ask questions and learn as we explore topics like the effects of barrel and cask aging, the contrasting terroir of our different Finger Lakes vineyard sites, and the way Finger Lakes weather variations produces different types of wines in each vintage. This a wonderful opportunity not only to meet these young wines in their infancy, but to explore the inherent characteristics and expression of the different vineyard sites as well as the attributes of the 2021 vintage.
