Join us for an evening of exceptional wine and food. The evening is hosted by owners Lisa & Morten Hallgren (“the Chef & the Wine Maker”) and the wonderful team at Ravines to bring together friends, old and new, for a celebration of the summer. 

Appetizers:
Charcutertie cup & 2018 Pinot Noir
Sweet corn and crab toast & 2018 Agricolae Chardonnay
Homemade ricotta with local tomatoes & 2021 Dry Rose

Salad course:
Baby greens with local berries, pistachios, goat cheese and a white balsamic vinaigrette & 2019 Dry Riesling, 16 Falls Vineyard 

Pasta course:
Homemade lemon tagliatelle with herbs and grilled shrimp & 2019 Chardonnay

Main:
Grilled prime flank steak with chimichurri, cauliflower puree and roasted summer veggies
Artisan bread & 2018 Maximilien

Dessert:
Blueberry lemon trifle & 2021 Lil' Shorty
