The nose shows great fruity intensity with aromas of melon, lime, and tangerine as well as grassy notes. In addition, the wine displays noticeable floral and mineral components which results in complex aromas. This is a very lively, fresh, fruity off-dry wine with just enough sweetness to balance the acidity.
A favorite of longtime Ravines fans, It was previously known as the Keuka Village White, which we first made in 2002. A blend of Cayuga, a Cornell developed grape and Vignoles, a French-American Hybrid, which we blend into an off-dry, easy-drinking wine.
