Pinot Noir, with about 10% Gamay Noir, all from our Keuka Lake Vineyard site. Ethereal nose of ripe cherries, crushed violets and raspberry marmalade. The palate is balanced and juicy with no hard edges but still some grip and spice. The wine finishes succulent and a bit savory, with a lasting freshness.
