The 2020 vintage is a vibrant and elegant single vineyard Pinot Noir that will make a believer of any Pinot Noir fan, not aware of the world-class potential for this varietal in the Finger Lakes.

From the steep sloping Two Gorges Vineyard (formerly known as the Glen Eldridge Vineyard) that falls sharply into the waters of Seneca Lake. A robust and structured, cool-climate Merlot with black cherries, ripe plum, earth and spice. The depth of the nose and big tannins on the palate point to a very age worthy wine, but the drinkability in its youth is noticeable and inviting with air.   

Gorgeously textured and lifted with red fruits, spice, earth and fine-grained tannins. 69% Cabernet Sauvignon and 31% Merlot (100% estate fruit) from our White Springs and 16 Falls Vineyards on Seneca lake. The 2019 vintages, long, steady growing season has ensured a structural red that's very accessible now, but with long cellaring potential.

Le Petit Caporal Magnum is 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Franc. All the grapes come from the stellar Argetsinger Vineyard and its adjoining Glen Eldridge vineyard, sloping steeply into the eastern shores of Seneca Lake.
