Virtual Revelry, May 3rd 3pm ET

Join us on your phone or computer for a Virtual Revelry on Sunday, May 3rd. Co-owners of Ravines, Morten Hallgren (Winemaker) and Lisa Hallgren (chef) will be casting with owner and founder of Hedonist Artisan Chocolates, Jennifer Posey. Morten will first take you through the four Spring Selection wines. Then Jenny will be giving you a tour of her kitchen and provide you with a demonstration of what she does a chocolatier and the inspiration behind her work! Lisa will be discussing red wine and chocolate pairings, including an incredible, savory cocoa rub that Jennifer homemade specifically with Ravines wine in mind, and a rub that goes wonderfully on ribs with Ravines Maximilien as the wine pairing. Lisa will be taking you through the Cocoa Rubbed Ribs recipe in your newsletter.

Ravines has always supported and offered Hedonist Artisan Chocolates at our tasting rooms, partially because they're irresistible and partially because they go so well with our red wines. And Hedonist and Jennifer have always supported Ravines, including making a chocolate truffle using Ravines Maximilien red wine. If you'd like, we encourage you to open your 2016 Ravines Maximilien during the virtual Revelry, though not necessary to join and enjoy this discussion, including both of them fielding questions from all of you.

Sunday, May 3rd, virtually from 3pm - 4:15pm ET: Reserve Tickets  (2 tickets max per Ravinous membership)
