Join us on your phone or computer for a Virtual Revelry on Tuesday, May 12th. Co-owners of Ravines, Morten Hallgren (Winemaker) and Lisa Hallgren (chef) will be casting with Master Sommelier and owner / Chef of the FLX Food empire, Christopher Bates. Morten will first take you through the four Spring Selection wines. Then all three will be discussing Dry Riesling and chicken pairings, including Chicken Thighs with Morels, Fried Chicken and more!
Christopher Bates will also be making the Chicken Thighs and Morels recipe for you! They will have a lot to discuss and will be answering any questions from all of you. If you'd like, we encourage you to open your 2017 Ravines Dry Riesling, White Springs Vineyard, though not necessary to join and enjoy this virtual discussion.
Tuesday, May 12th, virtually from 6pm - 7:15pm ET: Reserve Tickets (2 tickets max per Ravinous membership)
Once you reserve tickets, you'll receive email confirmation. Then around 24 hours before the event you will receive an email with instructions and a link to easily join the next day's virtual event using your phone or computer.
