Spring Barrel Tasting 2020 - Saturday PM

Join us on your phone or computer for a Virtual Spring Barrel Tasting this Saturday. Winemaker Morten will be casting from the Ravines Barrel Room and will taste you through our 2019 wines directly from the tank and barrel. This first virtual tasting will be for Ravinous members within an hour of Geneva, since we'll be driving and dropping off wine tasting kits at your door this week so you'll be ready for Saturday.

Join us for a dynamic and fun Saturday afternoon as we introduce you to new, unreleased wines from 2019 vintage and allow you to ask questions and learn from winemaker and proprietor, Morten Hallgren, as well as International Wine Judge Bob Madill. They will talk about the vintage, the characteristics of the wines, considerations in winemaking, differences in the wines, vineyard sites, how he will approach blending, etc. 

Once you purchase tickets, we'll contact you about dropping off your Spring Barrel Tasting Kit to participate from home, which includes 5 wine samples, each in their own bottles and a corresponding tasting sheet. Around 24 hours before the event you will receive an email with instructions and a link to easily join the virtual event the next day using your phone or computer.
