Explore the history of the Finger Lakes wine region, winemaking at Ravines and the pleasure of wine and food during midday weekend Tasting Table experience at our Winery & Tasting Room in Geneva.
Guests gather in the barrel room of our renovated, turn-of-the-century barn to learn about the century-old tradition of making sparkling wine in the Finger Lakes with a demi-glass of Ravines 2013 Brut Sparkling Wine, aged en tirage for 7 years before being hand-riddled and finished using the Methode Champenoise. Hosted by Sommelier and international wine judge, Bob Madill, guests will be guided through the process of wine making and barrel aging whilst sitting among the large Austrian casks in the wine cellar. Compare a cask sample to finished wines and learn how wines evolve during levage. At our farm table, guests will enjoy a tasting flight of our five top wines served in fine Riedel glassware with a small plate of savory bites prepared by our Ravinous Kitchen chef.

Please plan to show up 5-10 minutes early to The Tasting Table as our sommelier will not delay starting the experience for late arrivals.
